PaxLair is a vibrant community of many people. Some people choose to place their house lot in one of the PaxLair scenes. Planning and documenting the allocation of lots is very important. This regularly updated page helps PaxLair track lot assignments and design plans.
PaxLair City[edit]
The town of PaxLair encompasses more than one scene or neighborhood,they will be connected internally with once entrance from the overland map.. Each will have its own unique name.

Tenakill[edit]
Holdfast - No Pvp
This borough of PaxLair is a grasslands biome geared towards agriculture. Only houses that "fit" the agricultural idea of this borough will be allowed.
This location has no overland access. Access is via wagon in PaxLair and Lockbrier. It will also have access to the underground scenes of PaxLair, Dragons Watch.

PaxLair Lot Assignments[edit]
All lots are allowed use by the city of PaxLair. It is up to users to have the appropriate level deed, own house, pay your own game taxes, to also know and obey any other requirements put forth by PaxLair. A listing of those requirements will be made with a link posted here.

Timeline Plan[edit]
Prior to R17 Launch:
- QA Server testing prior to R17 launch. Test allocation, kicking, reallocation, do some stress testing, look for terrain glitches and bugs.
- Implement communications plan and test -- TS3, Chat Channels, Google Hangouts, plan the Daily Stand Up Schedule Days/Times for first few days (PaxLair has a Google_ Calendar on Avatars Circle Calendar).
R17 Launch (1030 CDT (NBT), April 30, 2015):
- Allocate lots to everyone (Winfield has Thurs/Fri off work, Sean Silverfoot has Thurs off work)
- Publicity gets underway (Kazyn Phoenixfyre, Avatars Radio, New Britannia Press, New Britannian News Network, and more)
- Coordinate Events, announce, publicize, and be ready (Amber Raine and more).
- Help people gather and distribute materials (NANOC, Themo Lock)
- Help people decorate (Themo Lock, Gaelis, Sole, and other of the Deco team and PaxLair Furniture Store)
- Get PaxLair Theater decorated (a HIGH priority for the New Britannia Theater Troupe on Saturday or Sunday)
- Get 4B Maze started but NOT a stress test (Net and 4B)
- Set up for tournaments and events in arenas, whichever support PVP.
- Get pubs, taverns, halls, set up and deco'd.
- Form a PaxLair Council of some sort (just for R17+) to test government ideas.
- Cater to Role-playing events and guilds -- be on the watch to be immersed and have fun!
- Set up visitors centers to help new people and educate them about PoTs.
- Set up assembly lines for gathering, production, and distribution to people.
- Hold scheduled and ad hoc events.
- Lots of news reporting and streaming.
R17+ 2 weeks or more:
- Some stress testing and lot kicks -- however, this might be completely tested on the QA server.
- We do not plan to WIPE PaxLair.
- See who is participating and not participating, so there may be lot turnover (new allocations/kicks).
