Effect[edit]

  • Cooldown: 30 seconds
  • 10% Chance to consume reagents
  • −20% Fizzle Chance From Equipment
  • 100% Chance to Mesmerize for 2.5 – 5.1 seconds+1% duration per Dazzling Rays level
  • Sun Magic Mastery increases the radius, if Sun Magic Specialization is training or maintaining.
  • Increasing Dazzling Rays level raises the focus cost, but lowers the fizzle chance.
  • Sun Attunement affects the chance to mesmerize and duration.
  • Stacking and charging glyphs improve the focus cost and duration.
