Effect[edit]
- Cooldown: 30 seconds
- 10% Chance to consume reagents
- −20% Fizzle Chance From Equipment
- 100% Chance to Mesmerize for 2.5 – 5.1 seconds+1% duration per Dazzling Rays level
- Sun Magic Mastery increases the radius, if Sun Magic Specialization is training or maintaining.
- Increasing Dazzling Rays level raises the focus cost, but lowers the fizzle chance.
- Sun Attunement affects the chance to mesmerize and duration.
- Stacking and charging glyphs improve the focus cost and duration.
